Very pretty area all around dam. Kangaroos,hares,koalas. Beware of snakes, warning signs around. Good boating and fishing.
What an amazing place to start your day. Serenity extraordinary
One of the best dams in Queensland. A must see if you are visiting Boonah or Beaudesert. Ample parking everywhere and the place is usually less crowded. The view of the water is amazing specially in the evening. Plenty of huts to enjoy your day with kids and family. There is a sculpture park with beautiful sculptures. Not much activities for the kids but they will definitely enjoy.
