After almost a year at this gym, I love it. Absolutely changed my life. Really nice crew which feels more like a big family.

Great Gym. Lisa and the team are fantastic to train with. They encourage you to dig deeper when you don't think you can !!I love that the classes are changed around every couple of months so you get a range of workouts and really enjoy the 5:30am classes. If you are looking for a gym with great staff and members this is the one for you.Keep up the great work Lisa & Co.
